BESPOKE NEW BUILD
MALVERN
PROJECT:
This contemporary new build, on the edge of an up and coming village in the middle of the Malvern Hills required intricate technical design due to its various balconies, exposed timber ceilings, vast glazing and incredible open plan living. The end result is a beautiful modern but subtle home, built to withstand style changes and to blend in with its surroundings.
RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION
LONG COMPTON
PROJECT:
We were tasked with transforming this beautiful picturesque home in the middle of the Cotswolds into something open, bright, spacious and in keeping with the local character of the area. With a large traditional vernacular extension, creating a kitchen/living room worthy of gatherings and parties, but also being able to be closed off for a warm homely feel.
COMMERCIAL UNITS
HONEYBOURNE
PROJECT:
We were contacted to undertake the building regulations and construction drawings for this large multi-unit commcercial let space, to which shops and units were to be used for.
Combining architectural detailing with Structural Engineers details and specifications, this commercial development, with modern aspects fits perfectly within its rural setting.
SOCIAL HOUSING
MAISEMORE
PROJECT:
We were subcontracted to complete the full construction drawing/building regulations and site package for the development of 16 new build homes on behalf of Gloucester City Homes and Aqua Construction (via Urban Aspects).
This large drawing pack consisted of Working Floor Plans, Foundation Layouts, Elevations, M&E Layouts and Schedules and Sections to assist in construction and completion of the build.
INTERNAL ALTERATIONS
CHELTENHAM
PROJECT:
This project was extremely fun, to completely transform a new build Cheltenham townhouse into a "New York" style Loft space, as the client wanted something with more character and identity than its existing counterpart - with one main requirement: for it to be 'Rock n Roll'.
Needless to say, the entire project was a hit and no longer consisted of small, cramped rooms, but a large open space for socialising, brick slips to give the downtown look to the space has completely transformed the house.
